REFER N’ REWARD (RNR) CAMPAIGN FAQ

1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024

Refer-N-Reward (RNR) is a loyalty referral programme where anyone who has introduced a family or friend who is not an existing Mah Sing purchaser or M Privilege member to purchase a Mah Sing property from Mah Sing directly. This Campaign is valid for bookings from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, and all sold units must be converted within sixty (60) days from the date of booking to be eligible for the RNR.

In order to qualify, the referrer in question would have to be 18 years old and above, and is not adjudicated bankrupt. The introducer should not be a family member of Mah Sing employees from the Sales & Marketing Department. For verification purpose, the referrer in question would have to conclude an arrangement with Mah Sing prior to making any referral to our organization. The referrer in question would have to submit the digital form found in the MY Mah Sing app or http://mahsing.com.my/rnr/ in order to be eligible for RNR incentives

Refer-N-Reward (RNR) is only applicable to the participating project(s) and will be subject to the change and review of the terms and conditions from time to time. Please refer to our Sales team for more information.

The Refer-N-Reward (RNR) incentive will be paid by the Developer to the Referrer within forty-five (45) days subject to the fulfilment upon the Developer receiving equal or at-least ten per cent (10%) payment of th epurchase price of the property. Alternatively, Mah Sing may give you other forms of rewards such as voucher, gifts or any equivalent form.

If two (2) or more Introducers have provided the same Prospective Purchaser’s details and the purchase of property is subsequently booked, the RNR Incentive will be given to the Introducer whose RNR Form was first submitted via MY Mah Sing app or http://mahsing.com.my/rnr/. The company (Mah Sing Group Berhad)’s decision on this shall be final and binding.
